“ A local treat! I haven't had a pint of this ice cream in quite some time! And it's nice to see ingredients used by our local dairy farmers such as cellulose gum which is actually a by product of natural dairy milk. Natural diary milk has trace amounts of cellulose gum that actually adds a sweetness to the milk and it's something I look for in the ice creams I purchase. ”

They kept me in the loop about how unloading me was going, told me about some damaged cases and how long it would be. They let me stay in the dropped trailer area until it was all sorted out.
